Total Gym Total Mom Week 2

I think that Chuck Norris may be on to something. This Total Gym Total Mom thing? It is kicking my butt. Mama is tired!

My arms hurt. My legs hurt. My butt hurts. All in a good way. Things are tightening up a bit which is fabulous!

This is my second full week and I was still only able to get three days in. Next week, I am shooting for four or more days.

I am traveling right now so there are four days that I will not be able to use my Total Gym. My husband said that he will try it out in place. I think that if that happens, we may have to fight each other to use it.

    I know it’s hard to get in more than 3x a week, but I do love that it only takes a few minutes. Can’t wait to hear more!
