MEDIFAST WEEK 5 UPDATE

MEDIFAST 6 WEEKS UPDATE

MY PROGRESS

I am almost finished with two months on the program. Stay tuned for a complete update on two months next week including inches lost plus what has worked for me.

I have spent the better part of the past seven weeks being sick so while my weight loss was great at first, I kind of stalled out after the first month and I only lost another pound last week.

Once my doctor clears me for exercise this week, I will definitely be stepping that up a bit. I am really hoping to report a much larger weight loss next week so please check back then.

I am really anxious to see how you have done on this program- and to hear your thoughts on it. Are you going to keep going with it ?
Hoping you get feeling better to do more exercising that will help you feel like doing even more!

  2. Keep going girl, you can do it!

Wish I could get out and exercise more, I am not able to so eating right is so important. I wish I had the past years back to take better care of myself and eat better than I did, but guess it is never too late to change that. Medifast sounds like a great program. I am thinking maybe my daughter would like to try it. She has so much stress and I think that adds to weight gain. I don’t know how she does it all, but think a meal program would be the easiest thing for her to get to where she wants to be again. It’s a hard climb but companies like this are really THERE for so many of us!

  3. I’m also very interested to see what your progress on this program is going to deliver now that you are well again. For some reason I also get sick on every program I go onto where I experience good weight loss. That usually throws me out and I have to start over again. So well done to you for sticking it out.

I have done Medifast in the past and actually lost weight, but I went off and did not do the maintenance so I gained some of the weight back. I have tried starting again, but I just can’t bring myself to eat the meals. I know it is a will power thing, but I just can’t. I don’t feel the same this time around when I eat the meals…I feel run-down and lethargic.
The point is that I have several boxes of Medifast that I would like to get rid of. I need to find someone that would like to purchase what I have at a very discounted price. I do not have the original containers because I would take them out of the boxes and store them in air-tight containers in my pantry. I know that the price is 16.50 per box on the website, so I am willing to sell what I have at 8.25 per box. If anyone is interested please e-mail me. I have a lot of different items and I would be willing to sell all at an even further discount.
