Imperial Ale Pork Tenderloin Recipe

We love cooking with pork. Pork is a great alternative to the beef that my husband loves so much. While I like beef as well, I prefer a little more variety and that is something that pork can definitely provide.

We also like experimenting a lot with recipes and pork is one of the perfect meats to really have some fun with. We make everything from barbecued pork and pork kabobs to ribs and chops.

Here is one of our new favorite recipes. What we liked was how great it was the first night we cooked it and then it was just as amazing the day as a sandwich.
