ABOUT CHEF MARCUS SAMUELSSON
Internationally-acclaimed chef, restaurateur, philanthropist and cookbook author Marcus Samuelsson is the youngest chef to ever achieve two 3-star reviews from The New York Times. Chef Samuelsson is the Season 2 winner on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. His NYC hotspot, Red Rooster Harlem, has maintained a 2-star review from The New York Times since its opening. Chef Samuelsson has also planned and executed a state dinner for the Obama Administration, and hosted the President in his restaurant.
Chef Marcus gave fabulous demonstrations plus shared several recipes of game day food and tips for preparing a Super Bowl spread. The best is that we actually got to try his recipes and they were wonderful. We actually made his fried chicken a few days later and my family loved it!
Macy’s Culinary Council is made up of expert chefs from around the country, who are dedicated to inspiring you to eat, cook and enjoy food at home – just like a chef.
