So far, I am doing pretty well on the program. I have lost almost 13 pounds and on Friday, it will be the end of my third week on the program.
There are some foods that I am not particularly fond of but that is the case with anything. Brussel sprouts, anyone? Yuck!
Most of the food has been palatable and easy to eat. I was a little hungry in the first week but after a few days, I got used to it.
Next week, I am going to share some food prep tips for Medifast. Some simple things that you can do when preparing the food. I will also share some of my lean and green recipes. I have some great ones for you.
